I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and production before your order ships.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Average shipping time is 2–5 business days.
Please note that some circumstances are beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) and may cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, exact delivery cannot be guaranteed, as shipping is the responsibility of the carrier.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order with no penalty if done within 24 hours of placing it. If the item has already shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To cancel, simply send us an email with the subject line: "CANCEL".
I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If your address was misspelled or auto-filled incorrectly, reply immediately to your order confirmation email with the correct details.
We can correct the address within 24 hours of order placement.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
Every item is shipped with extra padding, but occasionally (about 1 in 1,000) products are damaged due to shipping.
If this happens, please contact us with:

Once received, we will send a replacement free of charge.
